My experience was not very positive. I feel that people who work the service desks are unfriendly, seem irritated that you are there and extremely defensive( nothing happened just an observation). Also when I received my car back I thought it might be cleaned a little but in fact I needed to clean it when I got home as the drivers door was covered in greasy, dirty hand prints.

Haggerty Service Department did it again with great service and care. I got into my car at 7:00 AM and received an alert "low tire pressure" (very low). I called Bill at the Service Department and he was able to get my in at 9:00 AM. Checked the tire, nail in sidewall - not repairable. Steve ordered a new tire and I was on my way the same afternoon. These pros really care about their customers. They are welcoming, concerned, and they clearly focus on doing what is in the best interest of their clients. Great team and great dealership!

We came in with a check engine light. Service was swamped but we were not in a hurry for the repair. We picked up the vehicle a couple of days later and were very pleased with the results. When I got home, I notice they did not rotate my tires, left their floor paper and other garbage in car and also didn't wash the car. Also had two filters replaced now I feel that they didn't do that. I called the dealership after I got home and left a message with the service rep. but never return the call.

a brief on the background. Brought in GMC because A/C didn't work. Service determined there was a leak in the system but was too small at that time to detect. They refilled unit with refrigerant and a dye and told me to drive for a week. A/C worked fine for three weeks so I didn't bother to bring car in for a check up Customer service called me and said bring the car back, we would like to reexamine. I thanked customer service for not giving up on my problem. They kept my car for 5 hours and the leak in the system was repaired. Very satisfied with the end result.

Not directed at the dealership but at GM it self. The fact that this recall failed again in less the 2 years after replacement under the recall and the fact that I had to pay for it is very upsetting. This car is only out of warranty by 2 months and no where near milage is very disappointing.

Overall it was good. I’m not sure if the process can’t be expedited, as it took 4 hours to purchase the car with a trade in. (I only looked at and test drove one car). My salesman Tim was very friendly and knowledgeable of the GMC product. The sales manager Dan was also involved in the transaction and thanked us for our purchase. As for prepping the new car, the front windshield inside was dirty and still had the number “2” in crayon marked on the windshield and the passenger side rear window was very dirty.

I arrived at my appointment time and was met by the underwriter who listened to the questions I had about the car. I was then told to wait in the waiting room while they took the car and performed the maintenance that I came in for and checked out the things I wanted checked. All in all, I was in and out in just under an hour with the car now washed which was about half of the time I have spent in other dealerships for the same service.

My Service experience was well above my expectations. The Service appointment was proficiently coordinated by the Service BDC - pre-ordering of parts and date/time setup. Notifications/reminders were timely and welcomed. Day of service was well coordinated by the Service Consultant - courteous greeting, explanation of repairs to be performed, and promised completion time established. Facility was clean, modern outfitted and reflected a professional atmosphere. Service was completed promptly and the promise time was beat by 30min. The vehicle was given a full inspection, whereby the Technician performed a re-calibration of the TPMS as it was identified the tire positions were not being properly registered. I was also provided a complimentary car wash. All these extra touches really went a long way to influence my thinking to return to this dealership for future vehicle maintenance. I really got the impression that this establishment was "on the ball" from the Service BDC, to the Service Consultant, to the Maintenance Technician, and lastly to the Cashier who handed me the key. The whole experience was 5-star.

It was easy. Everyone was nice. We decided to go for a walk while the oil was being changed. When we got back we walked around the lot to browse A salesman came out, I let him know up front that we were not buying just waiting for our car, he stayed and chitchatted anyways. (I now want a new Terrain). Our car was ready when they said it would be. It had been cleaned. The surprising thing was I had backed into a concrete light post at work and the bumper became loose. Someone pushed it back in. They didn’t have to but it made me so happy. That is what I call customer service. Go above and beyond! Thank you

My appointment was at 2:30pm arrived at 2:00 they said I missed my appointment it was 11:30. no it is for 2:30 I had proof person who checked me in seemed irritated because they close at 3 saying the scheduler should not be scheduling that late.Then I came in for oil change tire rotation windshield wiper I specifically asked had everything been taken care of service guy Mike said yes I paid then looked at my receipt and It stated tires had not been rotated because they did not have a lock to unlock the tire no one ever asked for a key so I brought it to Mike attention and he is irritated but he said the rotation had been done long story short the service was not good. I even offered to come back since it was closing time but attitudes were horrible. I chose to come to Villa Park because Elmhurst was horrible as well . Now I don’t know. Customer Service is key l

The repair on my 2017 Encore needed immediate attention. Service was booked on a Monday but took it anyway stating it could be a couple days before it could be serviced. On Wed Service Manager Steve called me. Problem was diagnosed and parts were on order. They were expected in by end of week. On Fri Service advisor Mike called with an update on cost and work completed by Mon or Tues. Mike called on Mon everything was done. I was not in a hurry for this repair but was happy it was handled in a timely manner and was kept informed along the way. I highly recommend service dept at Haggerty Buick GMC!
