Always a pleasant experience and always a one visit repair.

Took 2023 Encore in because engine light came on. Made an appointment for next business day in morning. It was ready by early afternoon. It was recalibrated. No charge as it was on warranty. Service agent was most helpful and polite. Valet service was offered. Car was washed and ready earlier than predicted. I have always received good service with Haggerty!

The repair on my 2017 Encore needed immediate attention. Service was booked on a Monday but took it anyway stating it could be a couple days before it could be serviced. On Wed Service Manager Steve called me. Problem was diagnosed and parts were on order. They were expected in by end of week. On Fri Service advisor Mike called with an update on cost and work completed by Mon or Tues. Mike called on Mon everything was done. I was not in a hurry for this repair but was happy it was handled in a timely manner and was kept informed along the way. I highly recommend service dept at Haggerty Buick GMC!

I will continue to do business with this dealership due to my professional relationship with their salesman, Paul B. However I have my reservations and feel that maybe I should start looking for a replacement dealership. I say that because I’m always keeping up with my service schedule appointments. This June 2026, I will have had my vehicle for 4 years, that I purchased from Haggerty. Whenever I go in for those appointments, for the most part I take the suggestions from them and replace what they advise. This last appointment, I asked about my car’s brakes among other things and, Bill, (one of the service managers), said that the person who worked on my car, didn’t say anything about the brakes, so they should be fine. While I did accept that response, I was coming in for a service visit and they, (the service team), should be doing the free 27 point inspection to ensure that my car is safe and running properly. Plus I purchased another warranty from the dealership, last year. Yes, I appreciate them and the relationship is a two way street but I feel that they do bare minimum and don’t want to cover the big ticket items, like, brakes, certain filters and other important systems that ensure that my car stays safe and running properly. Yes I’m not paying for my oil changes as they are covered by the warranty. I want to make sure that they are checking the big items, like the internal systems of my car. They do an okay job but I fell like my warranty will end in a few years and only then will they “find,” all these major problems that need to be fixed. This is not a slam but a suggestion for the dealership to be more cognizant of my concerns.

I had a difficult sound coming from my dashboard on cold start. Bill, the service advisor did a wonderful job listening to me explain what I heard and even took a recording I made of it so the tech could hear what it sounded like. The found the problem, thanks to Bill's attentiveness and order the replacement part. The replacement job, according to GM, was supposed to take 40 minutes but it was much more complicated than they claimed. Brian, the technician, worked through his lunch hour to get the job completed in a reasonable amount of time. That is the kind of service one gets at Haggerty. They're the best.

I had a simple oil change, and specifically requested to check tire inflation - which was not done. Since I did not receive a checklist, I have no idea of what else was not done. The manager filled my tires upon my request. Could do better.

The service was great. I liked using the online appointment system. The paperwork I received was confusing. Two pieces of paper (INVOICE and SALES RECEIPT) with different dollar amounts. The difference seems to be 3% credit card surcharge amount.

I am not pleased with the fact that I received my vehicle back with an EMPTY gas tank🤨when I dropped it off I had a little more than a half a tank, I know this because I stopped at the gas station to put gas in my vehicle,and mind you the loaner that I received had 1/4th tank of gas in it, the loaner was dropped off with a full tank of gas. With gas being as high as it is this was unsettling. Whatever the exact procedure was involved in fixing my car, how is it that all the gas was driven out of it? And why wouldn't you think I wouldn't notice this?🤷‍♀️

I had made an appointment on Thursday June 25 and provided the part number for tire installation. On Saturday when I arrived I was asked if I had talk to someone and I did. It was clear they could not find the tires. When I went to pay for the tires I was told I had to mail in for the rebate. I have no problem doing so but when I asked the service tech for details I was simply told to Google it. I said what happens if I can't find it he said again goggle it. As a customer who just spent 950 dollars on tires, that is not an acceptable answer. At a minimum I should have been provided with a form or a website.

Unscheduled visit due to "Check Power Steering" message I received on diashboard and initial starting of the car was concerning. Immediately went to Haggerty service and they checked battery life which was negative. They immediately took care of my problem with a new battery and recheck of my car for safe driving. Getting an appointment was quick and easy. The check-in process was very good. And, the work was done in less than an hour. I’m very satisfied.

Made appointment when I arrived they were dumbfounded. Sat in the waiting room for over 5 hours no one came to tell me anything. Asked the Cashier, why you have one do not know useless this job could be done by service people. Told to go to the service area, the young man I initially talked to not around. Spoke to another person they were wrapping up, didn't finish the job. Hand to replace some parts. Waiting longer, finally done right before closing. Said they would email me all my paperwork. STILL WAITING FOR THAT!

The Haggerty techs did an oil change, tire rotation, diagnosed and fixed an engine light warning in a little over an hour. I am happy with their service department.

Had a scheduled 9am appointment on tuesday got my car back on wednesday at 2:30. It was a 3 hour job. I dont know why it took so long.

It was a pleasant experience dealing with our sales rep. and the other staff members on the purchase of our new car. They answered all our questions and told to feel free to stop back anytime with any other questions about the vehicle.

We have been purchasing Buick cars since the 1990s and have remained loyal to the same dealership throughout that time. We are always greeted promptly by Paul Bianci who is our representative from the very beginning. He consistently takes the time to answer all of our questions and makes sure we feel comfortable with every purchase. He also remembers us personally and shows genuine interest in our family and travels.

In the past, I have had excellent service from the service department. I have always felt they offered the best deal and honest assessments. This time, I feel that the repair needed was overlooked previously and there should have been more responsibility taken for it.

From Bill, who documents my needs / issues around the car, to the manager Steve who’s always treating me like I’m his boss to the ladies who work at the counter to pay! Just always great, respectful, polite, helpful and cheerful people who actual value the customers & actual understand & live great customer services day-in / day-out! The deal ship is somewhat close to my house but I keep returning because of the people & AWESOME customer experience!

Trouble with intermittent engine light on my 2016 terrain with 96k miles. I bought it there at Haggerty new from Paul Bianci. The best. Salesman and person. William Iverson took care of problem. The technicians at Haggerty are the best and few people could have taken care of this hard problem to find the first time in. I have been buying cars from Paul Bianci since like 1980. I would recommend a new car there and service there even when your vehicle is out of warranty because they know those vehicles like the back of their hand. Rich Vroom

we had a 4 o'clock appointment for an oil change. we showed up 10 minutes early and the car wasn't ready until 5:25. That was way too long for a simple oil change.

My vehicle was sitting at the parking lot for 8 days... I have to reach out because no one called me to give me any updates. At the end, I sent an email asking for a loaner if they need more time to check my vehicle, the answer was if I wanted to pick up my vehicle, I was More than welcome to do so because they didn't have loaners. I picked up my vehicle.
