York Theater Elmhurst

The 10-screen Classic Cinemas York Theater in Elmhurst first opened in 1924 and retains all of its vintage glory while having been restored to include 4K digital projection and 7.1 sound. Seven of their auditoriums offer stadium seating with premium high-back rollers, and four with luxury heated recliner seating. There’s also a party room available for birthdays and group rentals. York Theater hosts a special Select Pix program on the second Wednesday of every month featuring art, documentary, foreign, or classic films.
